PEFE has a unique business model that is based on assessing labor market needs and understanding the skills and competencies that are most valued by employers, and thus customizes its training programs to meet the market requirements.

PEFE’s training programs equip graduates with the necessary skills needed to start their careers by developing their communication skills, teamwork spirit, leadership, C.V. writing, interviewing, and retaining their jobs.

PEFE’s support for its graduates continues after the training program to connect them with employers that seek to employ qualified graduates, in addition to conducting career days and several outreach events that bring together graduates and employers.

Since its establishment in 2009, PEFE has put an enormous effort to increase its employment and training targets, which led to training over 1500 graduates and supporting employment and internship opportunities of around 70% of these graduates.
